1. New Auto Response Messages for the National Child Watch Team (formerly
the FREE Program)

2. Business Cards:  We are in the process of contracting with a large biz
card printer to dreamatically reduce the cost of our cards.  And, we will
be able to do full color on both sides.  The idea is for all associated
with Child Shield, USA to present a consistent image as we expand on our
national campaign.  The cards will feature the full color banner and will
include BBB and National Parenting logos.  We want to hear your input.

3. Death and Taxes:  Child Shield, USA cannot do anything abouth the first
one, but John will offer some general discussion (not tax advice) about
your recordkeeping and ways to simplify reporting for tax time next year!

"Guarantee and Networking" John discusses our guarantee to clarify the best way to describe it. Our system is the only guaranteed proven missing child prevention program available. We must be sure that families you present to do not get the impression that we "guarantee" that their children will NOT go missing once einrolled. Bob talked about NETWORKING. This is the planned and proactive interaction with business and community leaders.  Like most cities, Tucson is known as a networking town because it is the main way for businesses to get to know each other. If you are not visible you may not exist in their minds. TIP: Networking does not mean that you go to a Chamber of Commerce or a Business Leads meeting and attempt to sell Child Shield, USA to everyone you can. In truth, many folks there may not have a reason to buy Child Shield,USA. However, by introducing yourself and Child Shield, USA they will know about you. If they hear about someone discussing child safety, they will likely mention you and Child Shield, USA.

May is National Missing Child Month, so now is the time to get your Press Releases out to your local paper.  There are time tested and proven tips to improve the chances of your press release being printed. 

Tonight's call is all about numbers and the statistics we use when presenting the Chils Shield program.  There are many sources of the statistics and it is important to know how they are derived.
