Child Shield is approaching 20 years in business and has always conducted business in an honest, professional manner, maintaining high standards in presenting the information.  Joel reminds all representatives that pressuring customers into buying the program in not recommended.  The focus should be on protecting children and forming trust with the customer and not focusing soley on sales.

John talks about having belief in the program and how this effects your business.
